Before you begin
Access to Waply billing and the current plan, billing period and usage shown for your account.
Steps
- Open Waply settings and compare the visible plan catalog and billing period.
- Review included numbers, AI credits, call-intelligence minutes, transcription minutes, voice allowances, and retention.
- Check current usage in Waply; Meta and your own AI provider may bill separately from Waply.
Expected result
You can identify the total charge for the selected period and the monthly allowances it includes.
Common problems
Meta and own-provider charges are separate when applicable. Consult the displayed subscription state for trial or renewal issues.
