Connect a number

Purpose

Complete WhatsApp onboarding and understand pending connection states.

Before you begin

Waply installed, access to the Meta portfolio, and an eligible number you can verify.

Steps

1. Open Waply settings, choose Numbers, and start Connect WhatsApp number.
2. Complete the Meta sign-in and select the business assets and number requested in the flow.
3. Return to Waply and wait until the number is shown as connected before configuring dependent features.

Expected result

The selected number shows its actual connection state in Waply.

Common problems

A pending Meta verification or asset-permission error must be resolved before the number can become ready.
