WhatsApp calls in Kommo: what each one publishes
On the ChatApp pages we reviewed (October 2026), WhatsApp calls and call recording are not mentioned. ChatApp does record and play voice messages, which are not calls.
Waply uses Meta's official Calling API: you answer and call from Kommo in the browser, and the call is recorded on the lead on every plan. From AI 24/7 you also get the transcript and summary on the same lead. With Voice AI, an AI agent can answer WhatsApp calls.
