WhatsApp calls in Kommo: what each one publishes
According to its calls page (Oct 2026), AnyLinga lets you answer WhatsApp Business calls in the browser from any Kommo page, call from the lead card once the customer has given permission, ask the customer to call with a button and create a call-back task for missed calls. Every call appears on the lead timeline and in Kommo's call statistics. That page does not mention recording, transcripts or summaries of the calls.
Waply also uses Meta's official calling API and answers in the browser. The difference is what stays after the call: the recording on the lead on every plan and, from AI 24/7, the transcript and summary on the same lead. With Voice AI, an AI agent can answer WhatsApp calls.
Meta's requirements are the same for both: a number on the official platform, not in coexistence with the WhatsApp Business app, with a messaging limit of at least 2,000 recipients a day.
