Yes. With Waply, two or more Kommo users can make and receive WhatsApp calls on the same business number from the browser. Meta may limit how many calls can run at once.
Yes. If you already handle chats with Kommo’s native WhatsApp, you can add Waply in Calls only mode: messages, contacts, and history stay in Kommo, and Waply handles the calls (set Conversation Routing in Meta). See the Calls only guide. If the number is in coexistence with the WhatsApp Business app, messaging can continue, but Meta does not enable calling on those numbers; to call from Kommo you need a dedicated Cloud API number.
No: Waply Basic does not charge per Kommo user or seat. USD 18/month includes messaging, human calls with recording, and 2 WhatsApp numbers. Your team can use Waply with no extra seat fee.
On Waply’s side, Basic has no extra per-minute or per-call fee for human calls. Meta charges (messages and, when applicable, calls) are billed separately, directly on your WhatsApp Business / Meta account.
