What is Waply for Kommo?
Waply (waply.online) is a Kommo add-on that brings WhatsApp on the official Cloud API, recorded human calls, AI text agents, call intelligence and AI voice agents to your Kommo CRM account. It is not waply.io, not waply.co, and not the calendar assistant that is also called “Waply”: those are different products.
In short, Waply for Kommo is the WhatsApp, calls and AI add-on for Kommo CRM. Waply is independent software for companies that already use Kommo and for the agencies that implement it. Its AI uses third-party models and is independent of Kommo's native AI.
The 3-day trial includes Voice AI.
What Waply does
- WhatsApp messaging in Kommo, only through the official WhatsApp Cloud API.
- Recorded human calls: your team calls and answers from Kommo, and the calls are recorded (retention depends on the plan; see the table below).
- AI text agents that handle WhatsApp conversations.
- Knowledge bases (text, websites, documents) and your own AI provider key (BYOK) for AI agents.
- Call intelligence on human calls.
- AI voice agents (Voice AI) that answer WhatsApp calls.
Waply's AI is independent: it uses third-party models and is not Kommo's native AI.

How it differs

Compared with unofficial WhatsApp connectors: Waply uses only the official Cloud API. Unofficial connectors work differently and may come with other conditions, so compare them carefully. Using the official API does not guarantee approval or eligibility from Meta, which depends on your account and its policies.

Limits worth knowing
- Numbers in coexistence have messaging, but no calls with Waply.
- Voice AI cannot yet transfer the call to a person. Plan for human follow-up after the call, for example from the lead timeline in Kommo.
- Using the official API does not guarantee eligibility or approval from Meta.

It has three monthly plans: Basic USD 18, AI 24/7 USD 39 and Voice AI USD 89. Recordings are kept 90 days on Basic and 365 days on AI 24/7 and Voice AI. Meta charges are estimated separately with the calculator.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 3 days free, and it includes Voice AI.
Is Waply's AI the same as Kommo's native AI?
No. Waply's AI is independent and uses third-party models; it is not Kommo's native AI.
Can I make calls from a number in coexistence?
No. Numbers in coexistence have messaging, but no calls.
Can the AI voice agent transfer the call to a person?
Not yet. Voice AI cannot yet transfer the call to a person, so plan for human follow-up after the call.
Can Waply AI agents use my own business information?
Yes. You can add knowledge sources as text, a website or a document, group them into collections and choose which ones each agent uses. Documents can be PDF, DOC, DOCX, ODT, RTF, EPUB, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, ODS, ODP or CSV files up to 8 MB, and a website source can include up to 20 pages of the same site.
Can I use my own AI provider or API key?
Yes. You can connect your own key for OpenAI, Grok, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral AI or DeepSeek. That provider bills its usage separately from Waply. Check the pricing page for what each plan includes. It is available on every plan with AI, and Waply does not deduct AI credits while you use your own key. For Voice AI calls, only Grok and OpenAI work; the others are for messages.
