Summary: how Waply and Wazzup differ

Both tools bring WhatsApp chats into Kommo, but they solve different problems. Wazzup brings several messengers into Kommo and 50+ other CRMs, with its own mobile app. Waply focuses on WhatsApp on Meta's official platform, with calls recorded on the lead and its own AI agents.

• Connection: Wazzup offers a WhatsApp channel linked by QR code (its own guide calls it an unofficial, less stable solution) and a WABA channel on the official API. Waply connects only through the official API.
• Channels: Wazzup adds Telegram, Telegram Bot, Instagram and Viber. Waply connects only WhatsApp.

• Price: Waply charges per plan (USD 18, 39 or 89 a month, with 2, 3 or 5 numbers). Wazzup charges per channel: USD 15 to 90 a month for WhatsApp depending on the plan and USD 90 for WABA.

• 50+ CRMs besides Kommo, such as Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive, and its own mobile app for the team.
• Team roles in Kommo (quality control, sales rep and manager) and round-robin distribution of new clients among sales reps.
• WABA in coexistence mode: the same number stays in the WhatsApp Business app on the phone and in the CRM.
• Free WABA setup for new clients, with help with Meta business verification and with requesting the green badge.
• 24/7 support by real people, with a 5-minute response according to its website, and more than 30,000 companies using it.

WhatsApp calls in Kommo: what each one publishes

According to its knowledge base (Oct. 2026), WhatsApp calls can't be taken through Wazzup: when a client calls, you can only answer from the app on the phone. If nobody answers, a missed-call notice appears in the Wazzup chat and in the Kommo chat, as long as the conversation already exists, and an auto-reply goes out that you can edit or turn off.

Waply uses Meta's official Calling API: you answer and call from Kommo in the browser, and the call is recorded on the lead on every plan. From AI 24/7 you also get the transcript and summary on the same lead. With Voice AI, an AI agent can answer WhatsApp calls.

Price: an example with 2 WhatsApp numbers

The two pricing models are different: Waply charges per plan with numbers included and Wazzup charges per channel. This example uses monthly prices, without semi-annual or annual discounts and without Meta charges, which are separate on the official API.

Paid yearly, Wazzup drops to USD 72 per WABA channel and USD 36 per Pro channel, and Waply Basic drops to USD 14.40 a month. Wazzup's billing page also says that, per number, the first 1,000 service messages of the month are free and that from the 1,001st on they are paid.

If you need Telegram, Instagram, Viber or WhatsApp groups, Wazzup covers them and Waply doesn't. If you need recorded WhatsApp calls or AI agents, Waply includes them in the plan.
