Set up Waply for a client

Purpose

Repeat a safe agency installation using the client's own accounts and approvals.

Before you begin

The client's own Kommo and Meta accounts, their authorization, and an agreed scope of setup work.

Steps

1. Confirm the client controls the Kommo account, Meta business portfolio, number, payment method, and provider keys.
2. Install Waply while an authorized client administrator is present and document the chosen onboarding path.
3. Run message, call, AI, and billing checks that match the purchased scope, then hand over support guidance.

Expected result

The client can access the installation, manage its configuration and understand its selected plan.

Common problems

Resolve ownership and permissions with the client. Do not replace their credentials with shared agency credentials.
