Purpose
Verify that messaging and human calling work with the connected number.
Before you begin
A connected number and a test recipient who has agreed to receive the message or call.
Steps
- Send a permitted test message to a contact who can receive it and confirm its status.
- Open a Kommo contact, choose the Waply call action, select an enabled number, and check call permission.
- Start the call only when permission is valid; confirm the activity appears in Kommo and Waply.
Expected result
You can distinguish a sent message from a delivered one, and an answered call from ringing.
Common problems
If the message fails, check the conversation window or approved template. For calls, check Meta eligibility and permissions.
