Choose managed AI or connect a supported provider with your own API key.
Before you begin
A supported provider account and a key authorized for the model or capability you intend to use.
Steps
- In Kommo, go to Settings > Waply > AI providers.
- Choose OpenAI, Grok, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral AI, or DeepSeek, select Connect, and enter the key directly in Waply.
- Wait for validation, then select a compatible provider and model on the agent; provider charges remain external.
Expected result
Waply confirms the credential state and the compatible provider options.
Common problems
A valid key does not guarantee access to every model. Check provider permissions, balance and the selected capability.
