No configuration changes are required to use this reference.
Steps
- WhatsApp number: the business number connected to Waply. Template: a message format reviewed by WhatsApp.
- Draft: saved agent changes not yet active. Published agent: the active version eligible for new interactions.
- Managed provider: AI supplied through Waply. BYOK: a provider key supplied and billed through your own provider account.
Expected result
You can distinguish plan allowances, provider credentials and product states in the other guides.
Common problems
If a term is unclear, open the related feature guide; the glossary does not activate or change any feature.
