Create and publish an AI agent

Purpose

Configure a message agent, resolve publication checks, and activate it.

Before you begin

An AI-capable plan, an eligible number and the provider or allowance required by the agent.

Steps

1. Open AI Agents, create an agent, and select the WhatsApp number and Kommo pipeline stage.
2. Define instructions, conversation context, availability, model, and only the actions the agent may perform.
3. Save the draft, resolve every publication issue, publish it, and confirm there is no conflicting active route.

Expected result

A published version has the intended active assignments; saving a draft alone does not activate it.

Common problems

Resolve validation errors and assignment conflicts before publishing. Check whether a different agent already owns the intended scope.
